What ADP offers for certified payroll
ADP's construction page says you can "automatically create certified payroll reports for government agencies" without naming the product [ADP]. In the ADP Marketplace, certified payroll for RUN comes from a third-party app (Points North) and for Workforce Now from another (Dapt), each priced after you log in [ADP Marketplace] [ADP Marketplace].
Export payroll details from ADP RUN
- Go to Reports, then Payroll, then Payroll Details (Payroll Summary also works) [ADP].
- Choose the pay period.
- Select Export to Excel, in the bottom-left corner of the report page [ADP].
ADP's menus change between versions; the names above are from ADP's RUN guides.
ADP Workforce Now
Run your payroll register or payroll details report for the pay period and export it to Excel or CSV. If you use ADP timekeeping, export the timecards for the same dates so daily hours fill in automatically.
Build the WH-347 from your ADP export
Upload the file to LevelWage. We read the hours, earnings, taxes, deductions and net pay, you pick each worker's WD classification once and confirm the days, and every line is checked against your WD before the WH-347 package comes back.
