What exactly does the Project Pass cover?
Every weekly report on one project for 12 months from purchase: regular weeks, no-work weeks, the final payroll and unlimited corrections. It is a one-time payment. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
Is the first report really free?
Yes. Your first weekly report is free on any project, with no card. It is the same full report, checked the same way, with no watermark.
What counts as one report?
One project, one workweek: the WH-347 package (and your state's file where we support it) for that week. Corrections to a report are free and keep the same payroll number.
Which plan should I pick?
One short job or a few weeks: single reports at $19. One project lasting more than about 8 weeks: the Project Pass ($149 is less than 8 single reports). Several projects at once: Unlimited at $59 a month, or the 30-Day Pass if you need a burst without a subscription.
What if you get a report wrong?
If a prime or agency returns a report because of a math or form error on our side, we fix it within one business day and refund that week, or add a month to your Project Pass. Errors in the data you gave us are not covered; every report lists exactly what we checked.
What if you are late?
We promise your report within 8 working hours on weekdays (Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm Eastern). If we miss that on a report that was not waiting on you, that report is free; the credit is added automatically.
How does the founding reviewer cashback work?
During our launch, when you send an honest review after a purchase (a video of 60 seconds or more, or 150 written words or more), we refund 50% of your first purchase, up to $75 per company, within 60 days of the purchase. Any rating qualifies: positive, negative or mixed. Published reviews carry this disclosure. Details on the reviews page.
